SLOW BURN

For one hour, slow down your movement and delve deeper into your muscular system by holding poses for an extended period of time. This class is very guded by the teacher. It is recommended for all levels.

VINYASA

This is a faster paced class. It offers a variety of poses in sequence that motivates balance, flexibility, strength an endurance. This class s geared towards somewhat more experienced yogis.

BLEND

Combines the flow of Vinyasa with the guided challenge of slow burn. There are some self-guided warm-ups adn long held postures. Recommend for students who have attended at least 1-5 yoga classes.
